Dave Astro is an artist, guitarist, composer and instructor based in Los Angeles, CA, and Bern Switzerland.

He has shared the stage with such artists as Jeff Hamilton, Bob Reynolds and Bob Mintzer.

 

As of 2025, Dave has released 16 singles as a solo artist.

​

Dave has received his master degree in Studio Guitar at USC's Thornton School of Music where he studied with such great artists as Paul Jackson Jr, Frank Potenza and Bruce Forman.
